If your passenger is ill, or choose answerhasexactlyhaveshodlholdexacting a disability, and asks you to help them enter or leave your vehicle, make sure you check choose answerhasexactlyhaveshodlholdexacting what help they are asking you for, for example to take choose answerhasexactlyhaveshodlholdexacting of your arm to support them.

TfL or the police will fully investigate all choose answerlosetowardingcomplaintslosttowardscompliments and reports, and they will take appropriate action. You will choose answerlosetowardingcomplaintslosttowardscompliments your licence if you are found to have acted in an unsuitable way choose answerlosetowardingcomplaintslosttowardscompliments a passenger

You should never use a passenger’s personal choose answerher’scontractbookingthemcontactbooked details to start communicating with choose answerher’scontractbookingthemcontactbooked about anything other than the choose answerher’scontractbookingthemcontactbooked journey

Other than in choose answercarboardanatchairseat emergency, you must not get into the back choose answercarboardanatchairseat of your vehicle while you have passengers on choose answercarboardanatchairseat

No type of choose answersexualsexingeveragreesagreeevening behaviour between you and a passenger is choose answersexualsexingeveragreesagreeevening acceptable, even if both of you choose answersexualsexingeveragreesagreeevening to it

You choose answershouldpassangershoutpassengerelbowsbody never look at or speak to a choose answershouldpassangershoutpassengerelbowsbody  in a way that makes them feel uncomfortable, for example staring at any part of their choose answershouldpassangershoutpassengerelbowsbody 

Your passengers choose answeraffectaffictwayrouteexpectaspect to be treated in an appropriate choose answeraffectaffictwayrouteexpectaspect. Think about your actions and how they might choose answeraffectaffictwayrouteexpectaspect a passenger.

As a PHV driver, you offer an extremely choose answerimportantsuredthemsureimportantthey service to the travelling public. You have a responsibility to make choose answerimportantsuredthemsureimportantthey your passengers feel safe when choose answerimportantsuredthemsureimportantthey travel in your vehicle

You should choose answerneveralwayssexuallingualanyandy watch, display or share pornographic or choose answerneveralwayssexuallingualanyandy pictures, or choose answerneveralwayssexuallingualanyandy other sexual material

If you get into the back seat, you risk choose answerconsideredactionsmakingconsiderationactingmade your passengers uncomfortable and your choose answerconsideredactionsmakingconsiderationactingmade may be misunderstood or choose answerconsideredactionsmakingconsiderationactingmade inappropriate.

Your operator will normally choose answerhasdealmightedealtmightwill with complaints but passengers choose answerhasdealmightedealtmightwill also contact TfL if they are not satisfied with the way the operator choose answerhasdealmightedealtmightwill dealt with their complaint

You should never choose answermakingdisabledidentifymakedisabilityidentity comments or jokes about someone’s age, race, religion, choose answermakingdisabledidentifymakedisabilityidentity, sexual orientation or gender choose answermakingdisabledidentifymakedisabilityidentity.

TfL expects all choose answerlicensedsafelicencedbeenbeingsafed drivers to offer Londoners and visitors a professional and choose answerlicensedsafelicencedbeenbeingsafed service. Providing excellent customer service is an important part of choose answerlicensedsafelicencedbeenbeingsafed a London PHV driver.

Avoid any behaviour that might be choose answerhamsterunderstandedunderstoodgoodgutharmless as being sexual, no matter how choose answerhamsterunderstandedunderstoodgoodgutharmless your intentions are or how choose answerhamsterunderstandedunderstoodgoodgutharmless you think your behaviour is.

If a serious choose answerappearingbehavedappearscomplaintbehaviourcomplained is made against you, or if there are a number of complaints, or there choose answerappearingbehavedappearscomplaintbehaviourcomplained to be a pattern of poor behaviour and all the ways to improve your choose answerappearingbehavedappearscomplaintbehaviourcomplained have been tried but have failed, TfL may have to suspend or revoke your licence

You should never choose answerphysicaltouchtouchingphysicianassistanceassistant a passenger in an unacceptable way and avoid any choose answerphysicaltouchtouchingphysicianassistanceassistant contact with a passenger unless completely necessary (such as helping a person who needs choose answerphysicaltouchtouchingphysicianassistanceassistant into your vehicle) to reduce any misunderstanding or complaints against you.

Operators must report to the police any choose answercrimescomplainedcrimeatheycomplaintsthem that involve possible choose answercrimescomplainedcrimeatheycomplaintsthem, so that choose answercrimescomplainedcrimeatheycomplaintsthem can be investigated.

Drivers who choose answerpolicetakentookbehaviourbehavemandem in an unacceptable way will have action choose answerpolicetakentookbehaviourbehavemandem against them by TfL and/or the choose answerpolicetakentookbehaviourbehavemandem.
