Preparation Course

So what exactly is SERU? 

Safety, Equality and Regulatory Understanding 
The requirement came into force on 1st October 2021 and applies to all existing PHV driver’s licence holders and new applicants.
Transport for London believes it is essential that London PHV drivers have an appropriate understanding of safety, equality, and the regulatory requirements that apply to them to ensure public safety and enhance levels of customer service.

This course will help you reach the level of knowledge required to pass the SERU Assessment at a TfL test centre.
You will find learning materials and multiple mock tests in each section – you can repeat these as many times as you like. 
All incorrect answers in the practice part of each section come with detailed feedback.

The course covers all sections from the TfL driver’s handbook

It offers the most effective way to study and at the same time familiarise yourself with the format of the official test.

  • Step 3: Check your knowledge – Section Mock Tests with real pass mark! 

SERU assessment
All Section Mock Test with the same number of questions and pass marks like the real exam 

Once you complete all sections and feel comfortable with your level of knowledge, you can proceed to the Final All Section Mock Test. It simulates the real SERU assessment by having the exact same number of questions and pass marks. It contains random questions from all sections and is split into 3 parts, just like the real assessment.
